We are a private company, providing an excellent level of service to families at their time of loss. The majority of the families that we assist have either previously used our services, or we have been highly recommended to them by other families that we have guided throughout their bereavement.

We are the only funeral directors in Cardiff that can guarantee our excellent level of highly personal service. The funeral will be arranged and conducted by one of the owners of the company, demonstrating our long term view of assisting families.

We are the only independent funeral directors in East Cardiff and one of a decreasing number in all of Cardiff as a whole, which is increasingly dominated by the large groups of Dignity (Caesar Jones, Whitchurch Funeral Home, Stones & Ham, Rees Williams & Forse) and Co-Operative Group (James Summers Roath Court and Wenvoe Court Funeral Homes, Roy Larcombe & Rosemount).

As independent funeral directors, we do not have sales targets which may influence the funeral service arranged. We listen to your needs and then arrange the funeral required, either at the time of death, or increasingly through a pre-paid funeral plan.

With our high level of personal service, we can take away as much undue stress at such a difficult time whilst always priding ourselves in our careful approach. We guarantee that you will not have a higher or more personal level of service anywhere.
